The Church reflects the Imago Dei as it reflects proper gender roles within its leadership.

If marriage reflects complementary parts of a whole, how does the Church reflects this?

The Bible does not say women cannot teach or lead. In fact, the Bible has numerous examples of women faithfully leading and serving the people of God, but there are Biblical restrictions on how this is to be done in the local church.
